Position: Construction Administrative Assistant

Location: Poway/Miramar (onsite position)

Pay Rate: $23-$26/hr

Hours: Full Time onsite, Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Duration: Temp to hire

Immediate Administrative Assistant opening for a well established infrastructure construction company. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is detail oriented and has 2+ years of administrative experience and is looking for a long term opportunity in construction and certified payroll. Some training will be provided on task the employee isn't experienced with.

Responsibilities:

  • Electronic filing
  • Respond to department emails
  • Updating record details
  • Scan document to be converted to electronic files
  • Conduct data entry task for office staff
  • Manage office technology
  • Additional duties as requested

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years administrative assistant experience required.
  • Ability to work in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
  • Certified Payroll experience
  • Previous experience working for a construction company a plus
  • Experience working with compliance documents a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
