About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support our Lone Tree, CO office. If you enjoy keeping projects organized and being the go-to person in a dynamic construction environment, this role is for you. Youll be the first point of contact for visitors, assist with project administration, and help keep our construction projects running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and serve as the main point of contact at the front desk.
  • Support the team with project administration and general office management.
  • Handle daily office tasks, including sorting mail, sending packages, keeping the office clean, maintaining supplies, and organizing project files.
  • Run local errands as needed (Post Office, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • Help track and request insurance documents, W9s, licenses, and project contacts for subcontractors and purchase orders.
  • Manage insurance certificate renewals for all projects.
  • Maintain project information in the Procore database.
  • Assist with processing Change Orders (COs), Commitments, Field Work Directives (FWDs), and assist in collecting related documentation.
  • Distribute and keep track of incoming plans and specifications.
  • Attend project management meetings to stay informed about project progress and issues.
  • Learn about the construction process, delivery methods, and industry changes.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and promote excellent service.

  • Basic Construction Knowledge: Understands fundamental construction processes, terminology, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiar with project management databases like Procore.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in construction)
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Procore
  • Valid drivers license for running errands

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee may be required to reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, see and hear. May sit for long periods working on a computer. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Most work is completed in an office setting; however, some local and domestic travel may be required (i.e., meetings/events).

Pay range and compensation package

  • $65,000 - $75,000 annually DOE
