Job Description

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate clerking with strong knowledge of corporate statutes, procedures, and legal terminology.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle high workloads and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and eCore, with the ability to work independently.

Overview:

• Strong client service skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
• Drafting corporate resolutions, agreements, and transaction documents, as well as preparing incorporation and compliance filings.
• Conducts corporate minute book reviews, ensures regulatory compliance, manages corporate records, and performs corporate searches.
• Engages with clients, lawyers, and officials, mentors junior staff, provides fee estimates, and researches relevant legal procedures and regulations.
