Job Title: Corporate Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid – Primarily Remote, Occasional Onsite Required)
Must reside in Michigan or commutable distance
Duration: 4-Month Contract (Through End of Year)
Shift: Flexible Start Between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (8-Hour Shift)
Expected Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour (W2, with Benefits)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Healthcare Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting efforts for a leading healthcare organization in Detroit. This is a hybrid contract position, with most work performed remotely and potential onsite days at the Software System office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare sector, specifically for Revenue Cycle roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Recruit for a wide range of Revenue Cycle healthcare roles, such as medical coding, billing, provider education, central authorization, and leadership positions.
  • Leverage sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases to identify top talent.
  • Utilize Taleo (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
  • Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing passive candidates and overcoming recruitment challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience , with 1+ year in healthcare recruitment required.
  • Experience recruiting Revenue Cycle positions is mandatory.
  • Proficient with Taleo (ATS) – at least 1 year of hands-on experience required.
  • High-volume and corporate recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
