The Pack Labs is seeking a creative and driven Creative Copywriter to help shape and grow our innovative hemp-derived brands. As a Creative Copywriter, you'll play a crucial role in crafting compelling, clear, and engaging copy across various platforms that aligns with our mission of bringing high-quality cannabinoid products to market. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to tell the stories behind our products, including Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction, while maintaining brand consistency and reaching our target audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Write engaging and informative copy for a variety of platforms, including web content, social media, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to brainstorm ideas and create content that supports product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional creativity and ability to develop fresh, unique ideas from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of the storytelling process, particularly in short-form video and Conduct industry research to stay up-to-date on hemp-derived products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all copy aligns with The Pack Labs' voice and brand guidelines, while also being optimized for SEO.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Use data and analytics to refine messaging and ensure copy resonates with our audience.
• Experience working with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) within the restricted product category, ensuring compliance with advertising regulations and policies for hemp-derived and cannabinoid products.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in the cannabis or related industries.
• Exceptional creativity and ability to develop fresh, unique ideas from concept to execution.
• Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-consistent copy for a variety of platforms and audiences.
• Experience working within the restricted product category on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and a strong understanding of compliance with advertising guidelines.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience writing for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with the hemp/cannabinoid industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (remote position).
