A facility   south of Cabool, MO   is seeking a   Crisis Manager   to join their team.  

Pay Range:  $38-$58/ hr  (based on experience) 

Crisis Center Manager Opportunity:  

• Full-time, permanent position  
  

• Schedule: Mon-Fri  
  

• Oversee crisis center operations and clinical care , including staff supervision, interagency coordination, and performing direct clinical assessments and crisis calls.  
  

• Manage departmental performance , including employee training and hiring, quality and customer-service metrics, budget support, and service-recovery activities.  
  

Crisis Center Manager requirements:  

• At least 2 years of mental health   experience   required  
  

• Crisis Center Manager must have RN or LCSW  
  

• Previous management   expeirence preferred
