Job Description
The Customer Success Specialist will help craft our customer-success strategies, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences for the Industrial Digital (ID) Manufacturing’s meviy offerings.
The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. T o be successful, the ideal candidate will have industrial experience and a track record of developing customer relationships.
