USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments
HOW A CYOC Analyst WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Provides network monitoring and analysis of Command and Control (C2) network systems, supporting NetOps activities across all of USSTRATCOM.
Uses Government provided monitoring tools to identify potential incidents or degradations of services, applications, or networks.
Responsible for maintaining situational awareness of services, networks, applications, and associated devices.
Performs proactive monitoring of applications for status, performance, and health.
Monitors and evaluates configurations and performance of services.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Required Certifications: CYSA, Sec+, or Network+
Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
Desired Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundations: CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CyCA+); or Certified SOC Analyst; or GCIA; or CISM; or GCFA; or Certified Malware Analyst (CMA)
Security Clearance Level: TS with ability to obtain SCI eligibility
Location: Offutt AFB, NE

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
