Job Description
Trident Global Assistance is looking for the motivated, energetic, customer-oriented data entry professionals who are passionate about helping people and making a difference in the lives of our customers and their families.
As a data entry specialist, you will help our customers with their claims that arise while travelling. You will act as a liaison with claims examiners and Customer service representatives to answer inquiries. You will provide up to date information and resolve any inquiries about documents received with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Description:
• Review and acknowledge receipt of e-mails
• Day stamp documents received (if in paper form),
• Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
• Reviewing and entering data information into the Company’s system
• Proactively verifying data through source documents
• Monitoring and updating existing data when required
Job qualifications:
• One to three years experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Accurate typing and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic computer programs
• Understanding of grammar
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual (French/English) is a definitive asset
