• Inputting data into various computer systems with accuracy
• Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and rectifying them promptly
• Maintaining data entry protocols to ensure compliance with company policy
• Assisting in the organization and filing of documents and reports
• Generating regular reports and summaries for management
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure data accuracy and availability
• Utilizing spreadsheet software to manage and analyze data effectively

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with database management software
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
