We are seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team! This fully remote position allows you to work comfortably from home after completing an initial training period. We value self-starters who are punctual and eager to contribute to our exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Approach your work with enthusiasm and initiative.
Manage tasks with urgency while effectively multitasking.
Review all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy.
Enter information into databases or software programs, including:
Inputting both alphabetic and numeric data using a keyboard or optical scanner.
Uploading data from external sources and transcribing audio/video content.
Read source documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and accurately enter data into specified fields.
Compare data with source documents and utilize verification formats to detect and correct errors, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors as needed.
Qualifications:
Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
Ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information to recognize and correct discrepancies.
Availability:
We have shifts available throughout the week. Compensation will depend on your experience.
