We are seeking a Permanent Litigation Attorney (Construction Labor) to join our dynamic and fast-paced legal team. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Litigation Attorney (Construction Labor), your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Representing clients in all phases of construction labor litigation, from initiation to trial.
2. Conducting thorough and timely discovery to uncover essential facts and evidence for each case.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and filing effective legal motions and pleadings.
4. Conducting depositions of parties and witnesses to gather crucial testimonies.

6. Advising clients on the best legal strategies and potential outcomes, based on a comprehensive understanding of their objectives and the applicable laws.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Attorney (Construction Labor) position will have:
1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on construction labor law.
3. A solid understanding of labor unions, accidents, depositions, motions, and discovery.
4. Admission to the state bar.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
