Delivery Driver - Linen Services (26ft Box Truck)
Location: Local hospital routes
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday | Day & Night shifts (varies)
Pay: $20+/hour with experience
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm


A local linen services company is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to operate a 26ft box truck delivering clean linens to hospitals. This role is physical and fast-paced and is ideal for someone flexible with hours who doesn't mind covering routes as needed.


This position helps cover call-ins, vacations, and short-staffed routes, so start times and shifts will vary.


Job Responsibilities:

• Drive a 26ft box truck delivering linens to local hospitals
• Load and unload rolling linen carts (200-300 lbs) onto and off the truck
• Train alongside an experienced driver to learn SOPs and routes
• Interact professionally with hospital staff during deliveries
• Work flexible hours, including day or night shifts as needed

Schedule Details:

• Day shifts: Start between 5:00-6:00 AM until route completion
• Night shifts: Start between 3:00-4:00 PM until route completion
• Overtime opportunities: approx. 0-20 hours/week (not guaranteed)

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Driving experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical work and move heavy rolling carts
• Flexible availability and dependable attendance
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR
• No DUIs or license suspensions within the last 5 years
