Commonwealth Dentistry is looking for a dedicated Dental Office Manager to enhance our team and ensure a seamless patient experience. In this role, you will oversee office operations, manage staff, and ensure that all patient interactions are positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities, including patient scheduling and staff management.

Oversee and improve office workflow for maximum productivity.

Facilitate effective communication among staff members and management.

Address patient concerns and implement solutions promptly.

Contribute to marketing and community engagement initiatives to promote our practice.

Requirements

Proven experience in a dental office management role or similar.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.

Customer service orientation with a compassionate approach.

Familiarity with dental software and billing practices is preferred.
