Private, General and Cosmetic dental office is growing and we are in search of an outgoing, self-starter to join our team. Our office is a well-established family dental practice with a commitment to providing a 5 star experience.

We are looking for a dental professional who is an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual that can take charge and multitask. The Office Manager is the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for creating a positive experience for them.
Responsibilities include:
Answers incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette.
Presenting and scheduling treatment.
Verifying insurance plans and filing claims.
Collecting estimated payments from patients at check out. Presenting treatment plans and scheduling treatment.
Working to ensure schedules are full and meet production goals.

Skills required:
Minimum of 1 year dental office experience
Dentrix dental software experience a plus
Must possess outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with Strong phone and interpersonal skills
Ability to be a team player who enjoys working and assisting with others
Extremely detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excel in multi-tasking and time management
Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Hours 37-40 week
Monday 7:30am-4:30pm
Tuesday & Wednesday
7:00am-3pm
Thursday 8:00am-5pm
Friday 8:00am-12pm
