Receptionist | $16–$18/hour.

What You'll Do:

• Greet every patient with a smile, stand to welcome them, and offer comfort items like coffee, water, or blankets.
• Check patients in and out, ensuring their insurance is verified, records are updated, and follow-ups are scheduled.
• Assist with accurate and timely insurance verification and documentation management using our professional systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area, ensuring patients feel at home while waiting.
• Answer and manage phone calls professionally, including scheduling and follow-up with unscheduled or no-show patients.
• Collect payments securely and ensure daily reconciliation of receipts.
