What You'll Do:
- Greet every patient with a smile, stand to welcome them, and offer comfort items like coffee, water, or blankets.
- Check patients in and out, ensuring their insurance is verified, records are updated, and follow-ups are scheduled.
- Assist with accurate and timely insurance verification and documentation management using our professional systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area, ensuring patients feel at home while waiting.
- Answer and manage phone calls professionally, including scheduling and follow-up with unscheduled or no-show patients.
- Collect payments securely and ensure daily reconciliation of receipts.
