Job Summary:
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Digital Advertising Coordinator to support our paid media team. In this entry-level role, you'll assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and programmatic platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing weekly reports.
Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign assets and messaging align with goals.
QA ads to ensure proper tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversions).
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Support billing, budgeting, and pacing reports across platforms.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager; TikTok Ads and programmatic platforms a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital advertising space.
Must be able to work in a project management system such as Monday.com and manage data & communications in Google Workspace.
Bonus: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
