Overview

This is a remote role, but eligible candidates must reside in one of the following states: IN, MI, IL, OH, KY, TN, MN, MA, FL, GA, PA. Occasional travel is required once per year for our annual summit in Mishawaka, IN or to client engagements.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications, while our internal pay band for this role extends up to $140,000.

What you will do, in greater detail:

  • Provide creative and usability POV/recommendations on strategies, outputs, and other agency activities that are convincing and substantiated.
  • Work collaboratively with the Creative team to ensure brand and voice consistency.
  • Define and manage website roadmaps and feature backlogs to realize client goals and strategies.
  • Serve as a development contact for clients, third-party vendors, technology partners and internal project stakeholders.
  • Be a user experience expert while collaborating with account strategists, developers, visual designers, and/or copywriters to reach the best possible version of a website, email, blog post, etc.
  • Perform problem analyses - identify root causes, outline resolution options, and take appropriate actions to resolve problems. Represent agency POVs in writing, formal presentations and informal client meetings, either remotely, or, when required, on-site at the PF Headquarters and/or client offices and other sites.
  • Lead and/or build personas and CX/UX journey maps that leverage data and insights across key audience segments.
  • Conduct market research with techniques such as A/B testing to guide marketing and development strategies.
  • Monitor/interpret digital analytics, as well as participate in and ensure quality control of all team outputs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches that support both project work and business development.
  • Collaborate with Account Services to develop estimates and overall implementation plans that assembles the right team for the project.
  • Maintain current working knowledge of computer related skills, software, and hardware to ensure channel marketing department and individual staff remain on the leading edge of essential technology and skills.
  • Present work internally and externally.
  • Attend all applicable required employee orientation, training, department quarterly meetings, and all-agency summits.

What wed like to see in a strong candidate:

  • B.Sc./B.A. required
  • 10+ years of related industry experience (creative agency, digital marketing or consulting)
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Proven development, digital experience
  • Expert understanding of the advertising industry as it relates to digital executions, including but not limited to responsive web design, APIs, database structure, lead nurturing, email, landing pages, user experience, content, SEO, etc.
  • An innate ability to simplify complex technology concepts to plan, prioritize and seamlessly integrate all moving parts to deploy successful solutions
  • Proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive, and self-directed team player who works in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines
  • Understanding of the digital creative process / associated deliverables and be able to effectively communicate to internal stakeholders and clients including, but not limited to, requirements gathering, discovery/research, architecture, visual design, development, QA, content inventories, wireframes/prototypes, design comps, etc.
  • Understanding of digital best practices, from messaging hierarchy and subject lines to color selection
  • Excellent understanding of CMS and ecommerce platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo
  • Proven experience using data and performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expert knowledge of digital related technologies and trends
  • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams in high pressure situations, with willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges
