Job Description

Location: LATAM (Remote)
Working Hours: 8 am - 4 pm EST
Salary:  USD 4,500 monthly, may vary depending on experience

About the client:

Beauty company seeks a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Director to drive the performance and growth of their D2C website. This pivotal role requires a versatile individual who thrives in a hands-on environment, collaborating with marketing, CRM, and trade teams while managing external agency partnerships for additional support.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years in D2C, e-commerce , or digital marketing roles, must be within the skincare, beauty, or luxury consumer sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in website CMS platforms (particularly Shopify), Amazon Marketplace, Google Analytics, and CRM tools ; basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication abilities. A self-starter with a proactive mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the D2C and Amazon website, ensuring seamless functionality, optimal performance, and a premium customer experience.
  • Collaborate with agencies to implement website enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations
  • Regularly analyse website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align website content and campaigns with broader brand objectives.
  • Manage the marketing and trade calendars, ensuring the coordination and execution of all campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns directly on the site.
  • Partner with CRM specialists to integrate email marketing, customer retention strategies, and personalised content. 
  • Collaborate with trade teams to develop and implement sales strategies, forecasting, and inventory planning.
  • Monitor and adapt to e-commerce trends, ensuring the brand stays ahead in the competitive skincare market.
  • Deliver engaging and informative content across the site and within the online communications (emails, etc) on product knowledge, brand story, selling techniques, reviews
  • Stay updated on skincare trends, competitors, and beauty innovations and report back on any relevant activations online
