Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive eCommerce Product Manager to join LAWAZEM. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of our eCommerce initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital presence and improve customer experience while achieving key business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in eCommerce product management, user experience, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for our eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver user-friendly and innovative product offerings.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends to inform product decisions.

  • Utilize analytics and user feedback to optimize the online shopping experience and drive conversions.

  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Lead cross-functional projects that enhance the functionality and usability of the eCommerce platform.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Oversee third-party vendor relationships for eCommerce solutions and integrations.

  • Guide and mentor the eCommerce team in best practices and innovative approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce product management.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, user experience, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and experience in using data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Experience in managing projects in an agile environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing software, and CMS platforms.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
