Duties: Manage electronic discovery processes, including data collection, processing, and review. Provide legal counsel on eDiscovery issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with legal teams to develop strategies for efficient and cost-effective eDiscovery. Conduct legal research and stay abreast of industry developments in eDiscovery. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
