eDiscovery Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized eDiscovery Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing electronic discovery processes, ensuring the accurate and timely collection, review, and production of electronic documents for litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-discovery tools and procedures, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. eDiscovery Paralegal Responsibilities:

* 3+ Years experience with eDiscovery
* Familiarity wtih EDRM practices, relational databases and eDiscovery platforms
* Strong analytical, communication and writing skills
* Review, organize and analyze legal documents
* Perform legal research, hanle discovery documents, draf legal documents
* Conduct full document review, manage document productions
* Trial preparation

eDiscovery Paralegal Requirements:

* Ability to handle multiple databases of information and be comfortable organizing data
* Ability to work independently and problem solve
* Communicate with internal and external third parties
* Trial preparation and trial support experience
* Knowledge of motions,discovery, evidence, litigation documents, court rules and procedures
* ABA approved Paralegal Certificate or relevant degree
