Your tasks:


Part of the eDiscovery Hosting Support team, your responsibilities are:


• Support ad hoc client project related requests that come in on a daily basis. All project work is expected to be documented with accurate time ticket tracking and full communication with customer and internal management on status, deliverables, next steps, time frames, etc. in
order to ensure that all parties are aware of the project work status.

• Coordinate with client(s) on day to day and long-term requirements related to all projects you are assigned to and to help management plan activities across your individual assigned projects.

• Perform training and support assistance to clients for litigation hosting software (i.e. Ipro Open Discovery & Reveal). Prepare all training material ahead of scheduled events and coordinate with the client to ensure they are prepared and attending the training. Assist with client
requests for areas such as, but not limited to project and user setup, training, searches, processing and loading data and document production.

• Continue education (both though self-training and company sponsored training activities) relating to all Litigation Hosting core products, in order to provide high end professional eDiscovery Hosting support to all clients.

• Maintain responsive and professional client communication via emails and phone calls. Quickly respond to client email requests with complete and accurate assessment of the work, timeframe to deliver, questions needing to be answered, etc. to ensure the deliverables will
meet the client requirements.

• Accurately manage time and work tickets in helpdesk ticketing system. This includes all time worked on project, full description of work, and should include all metrics related to the job (i.e. pages produced, gigabytes processed, etc.) as it pertains to billing.

• Provide customer technical assistance for all products under general doeLEGAL environment including but not limited to: Citrix, MS Office Suite, sFTP. This could include the ability to shadow a customer session and work directly with the customer while they are working on a
project.

• Create, configure and maintain new projects and associated items (i.e. folder paths, client network shares, new user account creation, installation and configuration of software, unlocking accounts, etc.)


Profile required:
• Proven experience working with eDiscovery software or strong technical understanding of software applications
• Interest in understanding the LegalTech industry and how doeLEGAL can support legal practitioners.
• Ability to manage project timelines
• Strong customer service skills
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
