We are partnered with a well-established General Contractor that is looking to add an experienced Electrical Estimator to their team. This company has a strong pipeline of work across the Greater Boston area and is known for delivering high-quality projects in the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing accurate bids, collaborating with project teams, and helping win work that drives long-term success. What You’ll Do:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs, develop material and labor pricing, and evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotes.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals to meet deadlines.
• Partner with project managers and field staff to ensure estimates align with execution strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and provide input during preconstruction meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in electrical construction (commercial/industrial preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar) a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
