Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical construction projects in the commercial and multi-family sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with design teams and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Oversee contractor performance and quality control measures.
- Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Allocate resources and manage project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial and multi-family construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design build processes, and fire alarm systems.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in risk management and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with construction management practices and compliance requirements.
