Role Overview

The Electrical Supervisor will oversee the implementation of advanced electrical practices, ensuring alignment with production requirements. You'll lead a team responsible for maintaining capacity utilization and quality standards for consistent and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of equipment strategies for assets involved in high-risk processes.
• Implement methods to enhance operational efficiency while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Support the integration of contractor partners and equipment with the plant workforce.
• Collaborate with regional and global leaders to promote best practices.
• Develop and monitor the operational budget to ensure progress aligns with estimates.
• Play a role in personnel decisions, including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions, while also engaging in tasks alongside your team.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of directly related work experience.

Preferred Requirements

• Familiarity with relevant tools, process controls, and area technology systems.
• Experience coordinating third-party resources to achieve business objectives.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Intermediate project management skills.
• Experience in designing and building electrical systems, including power, lighting, and signal.
• Knowledge of PLC programming.
