Job descriptionCCG Technologies is a growing industrial controls company. We provide services and control equipment to Midstream and Upstream Oil and Gas companies.
We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Programmer to join our team at CCG Technologies LLC. As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining programmable logic controller systems. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients' manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement new control systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
This position will be covering projects in the Permian Basin and Delaware Basin areas. Midland, Odessa, Kermit, Wink, Pecos, Orla, Hobbs, Carlsbad etc.
Minimum 40 Hours per week. Some overtime will be required.
Job Requirements
Familiarity with the following is a plus but not required:
Troubleshooting, testing and commissioning experience preferred, not required.
Will train on the job.
Job will involve:
As a PLC Programmer, you will use your strong knowledge of PLC programming languages, such as ladder logic and structured text, to design, develop, and maintain programmable logic controller systems. You will also use your ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with existing systems. In addition, you will collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new control systems, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Your experience with PLC hardware and software, including Allen-Bradley, ROClink, Scadapack, and Modicon, will be essential in ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Finally, your familiarity with safety standards and regulations, such as OSHA and NFPA, will help ensure that our clients' manufacturing processes are safe and compliant.
We provide:
Compensation will be based on experience and skill levels $100K to $160K per year.
