AI & Data Strategy Consultant

Our AI and Data Strategy practitioners create and execute business strategies for AI and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and dataled business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on how to infuse AI, GenAI and data into the business processes or functions.
• Define and structure an organizations AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of an organizations AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
• Define building blocks required to convert to an AIfirst organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and futureready operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside as well as costtakeout opportunities).
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop a plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define an operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AIfirst products and develop commercialization opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and as needed based on client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working within AI and Data Strategy, including specific skills around Enterprise & FunctionSpecific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI and technological transformations.
• Minimum of 4 years of highvalue consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum of 4 years of largescale delivery experience.
• Nice to have: Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations and gotomarket activities.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and build strong client relationships.
• Experience bringing innovative ideas to projects.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation varies by location, role, skill set and level of experience. Detailed benefit information is available online. We accept applications on an ongoing basis with no fixed deadline.

• Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
• Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
• Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
• Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
• Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
• New York/New Jersey: $59,100 to $205,800
• Washington: $68,000 to $189,300
