Job Title: Entry Level Financial Analyst
Job Description:
Join our Securities Administration Services group where you will be responsible for processing complex transactions and reconcilements related to loan or security payments. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle intricate financial data.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide remittance and correction information to servicers.
+ Monitor and analyze pooled loans to identify non-compliance and communicate findings to investors.
+ Evaluate servicer performance to ensure adherence to stated agreements.
+ Participate in system enhancements by attending user groups and testing.
+ Identify and communicate processing exceptions relevant to similar series across individual portfolios.
+ Maintain knowledge in areas such as Collateral, Securities, Default, or Trust Administration.
+ Train and review the work of junior staff on processing and reconciliations.
+ Propose and implement automated solutions regularly.
Essential Skills:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Formulas, Pivot Tables, and V Look Up.
+ Experience in business analysis and finance-related tasks.
+ Ability to conduct thorough data analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, or related field.
+ Preferably 1+ year experience in Financial Services, including internships.
Work Environment:
Enjoy a team-oriented and task-based environment with a hybrid flexible schedule. Some training will be on-site, with monthly large team meetings in Columbia, MD. The role is deadline-driven, requiring occasional overtime to complete analyses at specific times during the month. Remote flexibility is offered unless large conferences or team meetings are scheduled.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
