Position: Entry-Level Financial Operations Analyst
Compensation: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)

A leading financial institution is seeking recent college graduates interested in starting their careers in financial services. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in operational support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial reporting and basic data analysis
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal documentation
• Support client relationship activities and communication
• Coordinate compliance and regulatory review tasks
• Monitor daily operational workflows and assist with issue resolution
• Apply analytical thinking to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and adaptability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• High attention to detail with a control-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-focused environment
