Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive brand promotion, product education, and account management for our innovative weight loss treatments. This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence across Florida, with plans for future geographic expansion. The candidate will promote our injectable weight loss medications, engage potential patients, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure patient satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Patient Acquisition:
- Identify potential patients and assess their weight loss needs.
- Educate patients on how medications such as semaglutide and Tirzepatide work, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Encourage patients to begin their weight loss journey with Lean Life Biologics. - Input patient data into the patient management program (the sales process typically takes 20 minutes per prospect).
- Develop and implement a strategy for driving patient growth in the initial market (Florida), with the potential for expansion into larger geographic areas.
2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion:
- Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase patient acquisitions and brand visibility.
- Design and implement digital, social media, and local outreach campaigns. - Track marketing expenditures, forecast patient acquisitions, and set revenue targets. - Promote Lean Life Biologics brand to maximize impressions, engagement, and conversions.
3. Product Promotion:
- Focus on promoting injectable weight loss medications to potential patients and healthcare professionals.
- Stay informed about new developments in weight loss treatments and communicate these advancements to patients and prospects.
4. Medical Education & Patient Engagement:
- Work closely with the company’s nurse practitioner to ensure patients are well informed about their treatment options.
- Provide medical education on treatment protocols, side effects, and expected outcomes.
- Engage with patients post-treatment to encourage referral-based new business acquisition.
5. Account Management & Revenue Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize treatment protocols for each patient to ensure the highest level of care and revenue generation.
- Ensure timely billing, prescription renewals, and follow-up appointments. - Analyze patient data to identify opportunities for improved service and retention.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare-related roles (experience in weight loss, pharmaceutical, or medical fields is preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate patients on medical treatments.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, including budget management and forecasting.
- Familiarity with patient management systems and CRM software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a strong focus on revenue growth.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about injectable weight loss medications and medical treatment protocols.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based position with additional incentives tied to: - Reaching patient population milestones.
- Achieving month-over-month revenue growth.
