firstPRO 360 is seeking an Entry Level Staff Accountant for an immediate full time opportunity in Atlanta, GA. General duties include, but are not limited to: AP/AR overview, assisting with month-end close, bank and account reconciliations, cash management, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and vendor maintenance. Experience with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks/NetSuite or similar accounting system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Examine accounting records for the entire department, checking for accuracy
• Maintenance of the general ledger
• Manage daily cash flow
• Assist in handling the month-end close process
• Reconcile bank and vendor accounts
• Tax reporting and assistance with annual audits
• Financial statement and budget preparation

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Internship or basic accounting experience required
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks/NetSuite or similar accounting system
• Fundamental understanding of GAAP
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
