Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze detailed estimates for roofing projects.
• Evaluate costs for materials, labor, and other requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for project details.
• Visit job sites to review projects and take roof measurements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with insurance companies to handle supplements.
• Maintain accurate and updated project documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in construction estimating, with new/re-roofing experience preferred.
• Tools: Proficiency in Xactimate, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other estimating programs.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, sharp written communication, and multitasking capabilities.
• Mindset: A proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
