Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze detailed estimates for roofing projects.
- Evaluate costs for materials, labor, and other requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for project details.
- Visit job sites to review projects and take roof measurements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate with insurance companies to handle supplements.
- Maintain accurate and updated project documentation.
What We're Looking For: - Experience: 2+ years in construction estimating, with new/re-roofing experience preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Xactimate, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other estimating programs.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, sharp written communication, and multitasking capabilities.
