Seeking a polished Event Meeting Manager who is an excellent communicator. Someone who loves hosting large to small corporate and social events, is a strong communicator, and has excellent customer sales skills. Relocation to Anchorage, AK.

Event Meeting Manager Benefits

• $65-70K + bonus
• PTO & sick days
• Healthcare benefits start after 30 days

Event Meeting Manager Responsibilities

• Detail and execute corporate, social, weddings, and non-profit, events
• Overseeing all phases of the event cycle to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Engage in catering/wedding shows/expos/fairs for company exposure
• Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings, social events, and weddings
• Deliver accurate banquet event orders on a timely basis
• Coordinate with rentals, vendors, and all aspects of the events
• Monitor, coordinate, and communicate event bookings

Event Meeting Manager Qualifications

• 1-3 years in event planning
• Previous hotel catering experience required
• Previous sales experience preferred
