This is a newly created position reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. The Director will manage a team of 44 FTE's including the Director of Social Work and 3 Team Leads who lead the RN Case Managers, Utilization Review and Denial Management.

Requirements:

• BSN Required/ Masters Preferred
• RN Active License in the State of Mississippi
• ACM/CCM Certification is Preferred
• 3 years leadership/ 5 years tital nursing experience
• Team player who is well organized and consistent with their leadership
• Has ability to remove silos
• Experience leading a Care Coordination Team in an Acute Care hospital of 300+ beds or more
• Previous experience leading a case management and social work team through a cultural change is a plus
