What You’ll Do

You’ll hit the ground running with a caseload of divorce, custody, modifications, guardianships, and support cases.

You’ll lead cases from start to finish, with full paralegal and administrative support, custom automations in Clio and Lawmatics, and workflows designed to maximize impact , not burnout. Gone are the days of drafting your own fee agreements and chasing down initial retainers. You will have a full staff of non-attorney salespeople trained to convert leads to clients

You’ll own your cases and your outcomes—and you’ll never be alone doing it.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 12 Months

• Leading 25–35 active cases with confidence and support
• Hitting KPIs around deadlines, hearing prep, client satisfaction, and task follow-through
• Owning hearings, pre-trials, and mediations while developing junior staff and paralegals
• Contributing to firm initiatives and quarterly planning—yes, we want your voice
• Earning performance-based bonuses by delivering real outcomes

• 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
• Active membership with the ABA (American Bar Association)
• Must have worked on family law issues for at least 1-2 years; handling of real estate also required
• Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
• Extra consideration for those with a criminal justice background

What You Bring

• 3+ years of MA family law experience (divorce, custody, support, modifications)
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case strategy skills
• Proven ability to connect with clients in crisis
• Familiarity with tech-forward practice (Lawmatics, Clio, Decision Vault) or willingness to learn fast
• Ambition, curiosity, and coachability—we grow leaders here
• Ability to follow process , think creatively, and finish what you start
