Position Overview:

Our client is a respected and dynamic law firm based in Los Angeles and Irvine, California, specializing in Family Law. They are seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our growing team in Irvine or Los Angeles, CA with full remote.

As a Family Law Attorney, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and help them through a wide range of family law issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and more.
• Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, including case strategy, legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing legal advice to clients.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate favorable settlements and outcomes for clients, when possible, through mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, settlement agreements, and parenting plans.
• Stay current on changes in family law and relevant case law to provide the best possible legal advice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of experience practicing family law, with a strong understanding of California family law procedures and court systems.
