In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will leverage your sales skills to promote our insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate is driven, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a strong understanding of the insurance industry.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.
• Develop and execute strategies for sales that secure new insurance contracts across various lines including auto, life, home, and more.
• Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and financial plans.
• Engage in outside sales activities, meeting clients at their locations to discuss insurance solutions
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• AZ Property & Casualty license prefered
• AZ Life & Health License preferred
• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to work in sales
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using modern technology tools and software to enhance sales performance.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial but not necessary
