Job Description

About the Brand

We’re launching a premium online children’s clothing brand inspired by coastal living — relaxed yet refined, timeless yet fresh. With a full brand identity already developed, we’re entering our first product launch phase with a strong creative foundation in place. Our focus is on limited collection drops designed for babies, girls, and boys — blending high-quality materials with elevated style and everyday comfort.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join from the ground up and contribute meaningfully to both marketing and product design. As our Creative Intern, you’ll collaborate closely with the founder across two key areas: content creation and collection development. You’ll help translate our brand vision into visual content, trend-informed ideas, and polished garments — while learning firsthand what it takes to build a fashion brand from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and schedule branded content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Ensure all content aligns with our existing brand aesthetic and storytelling
  • Assist in styling, concepting, and visualizing upcoming seasonal product launches
  • Help develop mood boards and visual concepts for new collections
  • Support influencer collaborations and partnerships
  • Contribute to campaign planning and in-person event coordination
  • Conduct trend and competitive research relevant to kids’ fashion and lifestyle
  • Assist with behind-the-scenes logistics for shoots, packaging, and shipping (if local)

Who You Are

  • A fashion design or marketing student (or recent grad) with a strong creative eye
  • Passionate about fashion with a desire to build a career in the industry
  • Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Eager to learn about various aspects of marketing and product management in the fashion space
  • Comfortable with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Procreate
  • Organized, reliable, and able to proactively offer support where needed
  • A team player who builds strong relationships and contributes to a positive, flexible workflow
  • Ability to create tech packs and design briefs for manufacturers
  • Local to Boston is a plus, but not required

Why This Is a Unique Opportunity

  • You’ll gain hands-on experience in both fashion design and creative marketing
  • You’ll learn what it takes to build a product and brand from the ground up
  • Opportunity for individuals looking to build their careers in fashion or marketing while contributing to exciting projects
  • Flexible hours and remote
  • The potential to grow with the brand as it scales
