Who You Are:
Youre a positive and enthusiastic people-person, who may just so happen to have a passion for healthy food and great service! As the Franchise Sales Representative, you will be doing a variety of tasks from sales pitches to closing franchise deals across the US. If you enjoy fast-paced environment, career-growth, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and an occasional silly food pun, we want you!
What Youll Do:
\tIdentify, target, contact and follow up with qualified franchisee prospects.
\tUtilize several methods (LinkedIn, etc.) to generate highly qualified leads
\tQualify prospects based on meeting/exceeding financial requirements, knowledge of desired market and operational plan
\tConduct or assist in the presentation of the advantages, benefits, and salable features of owning a Playa Bowls Franchise
\tAnalyze and define development territories
\tWork closely with external and internal resources to create ads and marketing materials to generate leads
\tEducate prospects on Playa Bowls systems
\tManage expenses to work within budget
\tOther duties as assigned
What You Bring:
7+ years of proven accomplishments within franchising or other sales related job
\tProven track record of building relationships and engaging prospects through the sales process
\tAbility to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business
\tDemonstrated ability to meet desired objectives with minimal to no supervision
\tExperience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
\tCreative strategist able to develop new ways to drive Franchise sales and add value to existing and prospective franchise partners
\tGood phone skills
\tAbility to handle rejection
\tFranchising knowledge is a plus
