Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Front-end Developer with up to 4 years of experience, specializing in React & Typescript development to implement user-friendly interfaces for our analytics platform. As part of a collaborative team, you will work on-site in the Redmond/Seattle area, contributing to cutting-edge solutions alongside subject matter experts. While most of the team works in person, some collaboration will involve remote team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the front end of web applications using modern web technologies (e.g., React, Typescript).
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into interactive, functional, and responsive web pages.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with back end APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Follow best practices for state management, routing, and component-based architecture.
• Test front-end code for functionality, performance, and visual accuracy across different browsers and devices using automated testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.
• Participate in team discussions, offering innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on React & Typescript.
• Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Git, CI/CD).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in collaborative, small-team environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote and on-site team members.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Redmond/Seattle, WA.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of banking or financial analytics is a plus.
