The Frontend Developer will contribute to cutting-edge AI projects by creating high-quality, user-focused content that improves system performance and reliability. You will work across diverse initiatives, evaluating AI outputs, providing feedback, and refining prompts to reflect real-world use cases. This role is remote, highly flexible, and allows you to collaborate with a global network of experts, shaping AI systems while maintaining a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and user experience. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing precise and professional content in an innovative and dynamic environment.

Accountabilities

• Produce high-quality written data to train and refine AI systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs by reviewing, ranking, and critiquing problem-solving and reasoning responses.
• Apply a user-centric approach to ensure AI content reflects realistic and practical use cases.
• Participate in multiple projects based on skill set and expertise.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve AI system performance and content quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a relevant program.
• Strong proficiency in English with excellent reading, writing, and evaluation skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to craft complex, precise prompts.
• Clear, concise, and engaging writing style with attention to detail.
• Ability to critically assess AI-generated content and provide actionable feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible environment.
