Frontline Production Trainer (Bilingual - English/Creole or Spanish/Creole)
BullsEye Jobs is now hiring Frontline Trainers for food processing plants to support production team leads. The Production Trainer must be bilingual in English and Creole or bilingual in Spanish and Creole in order to translate/communicate with employees who speak Creole.
The Production Trainer will:
(1) work as an hourly employee at a BullsEye customer worksite,
(2) train and coach line workers to improve efficiency and retention, following standard operating procedures, and (3) conduct new employee orientation and integration into the new environment.
