Fast-paced Delaware County wholesale distribution company is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our operations team. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking product on a fulfillment line using product item codes and/or a pick to light system for shipping based on customer orders, ensuring safety, quality, and speed objectives are met. The Associate will also restock the fulfillment line with inventory as needed; sort, count, and repack inventory that is pulled off the line; create product deals and sticker product when required.

Candidates with previous order picking/fulfillment experience are encouraged to apply. Must be able to work quickly and with accuracy.

Requirements

Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse setting with limited climate control. Must be able to perform in the cold of winter and heat of the summer. This role routinely uses some light warehouse equipment such as box cutters and tape dispensers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to read in English.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be flexible and able to work nights and weekends as needed. Days and hours are assigned by supervisor.
