We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records for our clients and should possess the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping and Accounting:

   • Perform full cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.

2. Payroll Processing and Tax Management:

   • Proficiency in processing payroll, including payment of payroll taxes to federal and state agencies.
   • Preparation and filing of quarterly and annual payroll forms.

3. Bank Account Reconciliation:

   • Conduct bank account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

4. Financial Reporting:

   • Prepare financial statements and reports to provide clients with insights into their financial health.

5. Sales Tax Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations and handle sales tax reporting as required.

6. Self-Directed and Pressure Handling:

   • Demonstrate a self-starter mentality and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

7. Preferred Experience:

   • Previous experience working for a CPA firm is preferred, but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
