Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Print and Embellishment Artist to join our art team.

This individual will play a key role in creating prints, embellishments, and technical artwork across a range of licenced and in-house brands. The position will start out as temporary, but may lead to full time after 90 days.

The role will work closely and collaboratively with the broader design department. This person will report to the Sr Manager of Concept, Art and Color.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create allover prints, graphics, and placement artwork and embellishments for womens apparel with a strong understanding of trend and brand identity.
• Develop detailed and presentation-ready CADs for internal reviews, meetings, and product development use.
• Interpret design direction and trend research into fresh, relevant solutions for the women's market.
• Assist in seasonal print development, color palette creation, and print recoloring across multiple brands.
• Maintain and organize artwork libraries, digital assets, and CAD archives.
• Collaborate closely with designers, to ensure print accuracy and production feasibility.
• Work across a variety of brands with different aesthetics.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Womens apparel design; understanding of trend, fit, and embellishment needs for trend-driven markets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of hands and aesthetics.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team across multiple brands and design briefs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and file management skills.
• Knowledge of print techniques, fabric limitations, and production constraints is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; open to feedback and fast turnaround times.
