The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an energetic, motivated Full-Time Baker to our healthcare team in Indianapolis, IN . As a Baker for Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily. When baking has been completed, the Baker will also assist with cold prep.

What you'll be doing:

• Following recipes to create quality baked goods.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen.
• Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be a Team Player.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience baking in a retail environment.

Compensation Range:

• $16.50 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
