Job Description

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience in consumer-direct marketing to join the in-house Branding & Creative team. This key creative role requires a strong foundation in print design, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, expert communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring brand campaigns and creative projects to life. Production work is part of every team members day-to-day, so a willingness to work ahead and be diligent with deadlines is a requirement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 



  • Design and produce compelling visual assets for print and some digital channels, including brochures, banners, ads, in-store signage, environmental signage, annual reports, and more 


  • Package assets for print production, with a keen understanding of typography, color production, and attention to detail with printer specifications 


  • Collaborate with account managers, traffic managers, other designers, copywriters and clients where needed to effectively execute against client expectations 


  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously using online project management tools while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency 


  • Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams 


  • Stay current on design trends, tools and best practices in both print and some digital media 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 



  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, excluding academic work 


  • Strong understanding of print production 


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint 


  • Strong understanding of print layout, production processes, color theory and typography


  • Experience working in a direct-to-consumer marketing environment 


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 


  • Familiarity with online project management systems 


  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus 


  • Experience with HTML/CSS and Figma for email or web design is a plus
