We are getting ready for growing season .
Calling all green thumbs, we are hiring for our Greenhouse team for the spring/summer season.
(Start date mid-April to beginning of May~ weather pending) Requirements for success:
Must be able to stand on concrete for 8+ hours, work in varying temperatures including heat and humidity, twist, turn, full range mobility in arms, and be able to lift 25+ pounds consistently.
Must have excellent Customer Service skills, can do attitude, and be a team player!
Prefer: Plant knowledge/experience of both perennial and annual foliage.
Flexible schedule includes working weekdays and weekends
16+ hours per week
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: - Minimum HS Diploma/GED
- Love for plants (of course!), greenhouse experience or desire to learn
- Must love working outdoors (in hot temperatures and humidity)
- Ability to work well with customers, peers, and management
- Attention to detail, friendly and professional appearance/demeanor
- Ability to be flexible to work any shift assigned
