Job Description
Requirements and Responsibilities:
· Must be proficient in light plumbing and electrical.
· Basic knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, concrete, sanding, tile, flooring.
· Installing household items & maintaining grounds and appearance of the property.
· Farm animal care; feeding and maintaining as needed.
· On-call for emergencies. Good communication skills.
· Familiarity with basic hardware tools and electrical equipment.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
